Breaking Out?


Have you been getting enough sleep lately?

It’s simple, not getting enough sleep puts a lot of stress on your body and stress =breakouts… FYI lack of sleep also causes weight gain, depression etc.; so what are we doing tonight ladies??? We are going to bed early!!!  Since I’m perhaps, one of the biggest and guiltiest offender when it comes to not getting enough sleep… tonight I’m putting my CSI and Criminal Minds DVDs away…  ( these shows would keep God awake)
